Safety First – Waiver, Rental Policy, and Safety Requirements

Rental Terms, Waiver, and Safety Guidelines

All rentals require the completion of a liability waiver, review of our safety guidelines, and acknowledgment of the official operation manual for each vehicle. Helmets are strongly recommended and may be required based on event type or riding surface. All riders must meet the published age and weight requirements for each vehicle, and adult supervision is required at all times during operation.

Improper use — including exceeding weight limits or allowing multiple riders on single-passenger vehicles — may result in mechanical damage and forfeiture of your refundable deposit. Deposits are only charged in the event damage is discovered during post-rental inspection.

Frequently asked questions

Each rental includes a fully charged Tesla Cyberquad or Cybertruck for Kids, a printed quick-start guide, a QR code linking to the full PDF manual, and access to our safety and operational checklist. Optional add-ons like helmets, party signage, or extended rental time may be available at checkout. Delivery or pickup options vary by location and will be arranged upon scheduling.

The Cyberquad for Kids has a maximum range of up to 15 miles, while the Cybertruck for Kids offers up to 12 miles per full charge. Actual range may vary depending on speed mode, terrain, rider weight, and usage time. We recommend 1–2 hour bookings to ensure battery levels remain optimal for the duration of your event.

Once the battery is depleted, the vehicle must be returned or recharged using the provided charging port (if permitted within the rental time). Rental time is designed to match the expected battery life, so we do not charge for time while the vehicle is inactive. Please plan your session accordingly, especially for longer events.

Your refundable deposit is processed as a temporary authorization at the time of booking and is not charged unless damage is found during the return inspection. If no issues are reported, the hold is automatically released within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. Full details are outlined in the rental waiver and checkout agreement.

At this time, rentals are available to customers located within Indiana and select surrounding areas, including Louisville (KY), Cincinnati (OH), and parts of Southern Illinois. Delivery outside this range may be possible for an additional fee. Please contact us directly to discuss extended service area availability.
