Rental Terms, Waiver, and Safety Guidelines
All rentals require the completion of a liability waiver, review of our safety guidelines, and acknowledgment of the official operation manual for each vehicle. Helmets are strongly recommended and may be required based on event type or riding surface. All riders must meet the published age and weight requirements for each vehicle, and adult supervision is required at all times during operation.
Improper use — including exceeding weight limits or allowing multiple riders on single-passenger vehicles — may result in mechanical damage and forfeiture of your refundable deposit. Deposits are only charged in the event damage is discovered during post-rental inspection.
